hello there!
My name is Haylee and this is my husband Gavyn, and we are your new dream team! We are currently based in Ohio, but we absolutely love to travel! We have three fur babies, Finn our golden retriever, Smokey our mini Aussie, and Luna, our little cat!
I started my editing business back in August of 2020, and within the year I knew it was time to hire some help.. so who better than my husband himself! From there we created Better Together Editing Co. Gavyn quit his full time job in August of 2021, and now works with me full time. It’s been a dream come true for us, and we’re so grateful that we get to work together.
We are originally from Ohio, moved to Florida for a little over two years, lived in Utah for 1 year, and then did RV life for 4 years, traveling all across the US before settling back down in Ohio!
Our editing business has opened up so many doors for us, and allows us to have the freedom and careers we always wanted. We truly can't thank you enough for your support.
I know it’s a big deal that you are ready to take a leap with your business and start outsourcing. I 100% get how hard it can be to hand out hats of the business you’ve worked so hard on, and I know it can be scary to outsource your editing. from me to you
1. We are actually high school sweethearts! We met at track practice and have been inseparable ever since!
2. We have matching tattoos! Mine says “Yokahoma bay” (the beach we got married on) and Gavyn has the coordinates of that same beach!
3. We love to travel!
4. When we aren't editing.. you can most likely find us cozied up on the couch, tea and kindle in hand, watching game of thrones or new girl!
