After sending an inquiry, you will be prompted to schedule a consultation. I offer consultations through a phone call, email, or zoom call. You will be able to select any date or time that works for you and your schedule!
After our consultation it’ll be time to onboard you. This is when I’ll give you access to your own client portal, catalog scheduler, and a shared Dropbox folder where you can pick up and drop off catalogs. This makes it super easy for you to schedule things as you need without any hassle!
After you are all set up to share catalogs, it's time to send over your free trial! When onboarding, I also include a step by step guide to upload your catalog into Dropbox. This will explain smart previews within Lightroom, and preparing anchor images that I will use for referece!
Feedback is so important! I’m always aiming to match your style 100%. It’s so important for you to let me know your thoughts, so each catalog is matching your expectations. You’ll have access to a feedback document to include notes. I also love using Loom with clients as well for feedback in video form. It’s totally up to each client on how they like to communicate!
